We are a mixed-gender full-contact sport open to anyone in Southampton. Join our trainings on the Southampton Common from 13:00-15:00 every Sunday for free!

Haven't done any sports in uni yet? Feeling like exams and assignments got you stuck inside? Want to pelt your friends with dodgeballs? Try out Quadball at our Refreshers Taster Sessions for FREE! Get the feel of a real Quadball tournament, and with our morning training session, anyone, yes ANYONE can play with no sports experience!Don't feel like playing? Come along to watch! Follow our Instagram for the schedule.No tickets needed, all we ask is that you donate £5 if you're playing and £2 if you're watching for Beyond Reflections on the day, if you can.Let us know we've convinced you by filling out the interest form below.
